Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds or replacements may be offered.

Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of fresh food, we can only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Items arrive damaged,

  • The wrong items are delivered, or

  • There is a quality issue.

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Non‑Perishable Goods

You may return non‑perishable items within 14 days if they are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’re happy to arrange this where stock allows.
