Boddington’s make quality preserves in small batches, by hand, on their family farm at Mevagissey, on the Cornwall’s south coast. They use a traditional open pan cooking method and a farmhouse recipe, using no artificial preservatives, colourings, flavourings or setting agents.
Boddington’s fantastic Blackberry Conserve is a wonderfully deep coloured extra jam, packed with fruit – over 80g in 100g of jam! This blackberry conserve is made with British whole fruits (so does contain the pips), and has only sugar and lemon juice added delightful on toast or with a cream tea.
